About Jason
Thank you for viewing my Website, here's a little about me. I’m a long-time investor, realtor and market nerd who’s obsessed with helping clients make confident, strategic real estate decisions through data. I am a full-time realtor with over 25 years of experience and I specialize in:

Real estate became my passion when I bought my first home at 23 in Saskatoon SK. I had over 20 roommates (yes, really!) over the years who paid my mortgage and became lifelong friends. That experience opened my eyes to how powerful real estate can be when you understand the numbers—and the lifestyle it can create. I went on to build a four-plex, buy properties in Canada and the US during the U.S. crash, and become a Realtor and landlord on both sides of the border. I have lived in Scottsdale AZ for 15 years now. I still have 16 units where I still manage a portion of them.
My journey brought me to Scottsdale in 2011, and I was instantly hooked—low taxes, beautiful homes, amazing people, and year-round sunshine. Whether I’m remodeling a home, analyzing investment returns, or negotiating on behalf of a seller, I’m always thinking five steps ahead for my clients.
I grew up on a grain and cattle farm in Saskatchewan (Click here to view our farm) where we worked hard, played hard, and learned what it meant to show up for others. Even though I was a sick kid, I found my strength through fitness, nutrition, and an unstoppable drive—first owning a GNC franchise, then opening an Anytime Fitness gym, and eventually diving full-time into real estate.
Now, I live and breathe Arizona real estate. I create educational content, market updates, and fun videos so my clients can stay informed and inspired. My goal is always the same: to make you feel confident, supported, and excited—whether you’re selling a multimillion-dollar home or buying your first Airbnb.
